Crossroads Church Youth Group

Instruction

Crossroads has a combined Youth and College Class, which begins at 9 am each Sunday taught by members of our congregation.  The main instructor has many years of experience in education and teaches the Bible in a memorable, interesting, and entertaining way using supplemental materials including colorful, informative audiovisuals.

Throughout the year, our young people receive a comprehensive education in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation using the Old Testament as a foundation for understanding the New Testament.

While the young people are learning, parents either attend a Sunday School class taught by the Pastor, or warm up their voices in the sanctuary with the Praise Team.  If your children are old enough to get to class by themselves, you are welcome to arrive later for the main service at 10:15 am.

Activities

Youth groups have spanned the history of Crossroads Church.  The youth have been involved in plays, skating trips, field trips, evening meetings, and many other activities.

A popular event has been the yearly weekend ski trip to Pennsylvania where there are slopes for beginners, as well as  experienced skiers.  This relatively inexpensive trip is enjoyed by both youth and adults!
